If you haven't seen the lace-up trend everywhere welp, then you more than likely live under a rock (no offense). It's legit everywhere. Since last summer, it's been a hot trend seen in tees, dress, and now sweaters. I think it started when LF stores turned the band tees into lace up tees, and then everyone and their mother started wearing lace up and making their own because who would want to spend $90+ on a shirt they can make on their own.

If you read my last post, it's no surprise to you that I'm in love with fall... but there's one thing that I don't really like about this oh so beautiful season. I'm about to be honest with you all please don't judge.

Drumroll please...I'm not a huge fan of the PSL. For those of you who are unaware of what that is, its Starbucks' popular fall-time drink, the drink of the season, THE Pumpkin Spice Latte. 

After soooooo much hype, last year I finally I tried this drink that seems to be in every girl's hand during fall. I was so excited, like realllly excited. Why might you ask? I thought it was going to be this life changing experience. Everyone that I talked to seemed to be head over heels for this PSL. It was nearly impossible to talk about fall and this drink not come up in conversation. So when I took a whole half sip and decided the PSL wasn't for me I felt like  a fraud. Is fall really even my favorite season?

To be honest, I have no clue why I thought I would like it because I'm not the biggest pumpkin fan....at all. lolz. Don't get me wrong, I'm all for pumpkin patches and picking the perfect pumpkin to carve, but eating? nah. 

I don't even know how this Pumpkin Spice trend started, but I think it's safe to say its gotten out of hand -- here are a few of my fav Overdone Pumpkin Spice treats:

Well hello beautiful people, 

 It's been a hot second and I apologize. These last few weeks have been insanity and in my defense, I've had every intention of being up to date on my lookbook posts, but the way the wifi was set up when I was abroad, it was nearly impossible. So what does that mean to you? Well, I have a good 10 looks coming your way in the next week or two. (YAY for new content!!) 

If you follow me on the gram or snapchat you know that I've been in Italy, London, and New York this month and I have so many stories to tell you. Right now I'm playing catch up so I can share all of my experiences with you so puhleaseeee bare with me. I have literally been at Starbucks since 11am and I'm not leaving until my two page to do list is completed (I'm currently about halfway so its about to be a long night.)
